CTB pumps approximately $1.2 million into the local economy each year. CTB was also the winner of the 2010 Texas Downtown Association’s “Best Promotional Event” award, recognizing excellence in creating and executing downtown or commercial district promotional events. Chalk the Block is a massive undertaking for a small but mighty team who are supported by public and private partnerships. By working together, the streets of the Downtown Arts District come to life with color, art, and music. Artists & Vendors

The City of El Paso Museums and Cultural Affairs Department (MCAD) has opened the application period for artists and vendors to participate in the Chalk the Block 2023 (CTB16).

APPLICATION DEADLINES
Artisan Vendors and Food Truck Applications:
Saturday, September 9, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. MT
Chalk Artist Applications:
Friday, September 22, 2023 at 11:45 p.m. MT

Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
